2025 | Year-end greetings
Thank you for always using RUGMATAG .
The year is finally coming to an end.
The year 2025 was a milestone year for us at RUGMATAG, with a major change being the relocation of our store .
Even though the environment has changed, we still have customers who continue to visit our store.
And since we opened the new store, we've met a lot of new people.
I am truly happy and grateful for each and every connection.
We would also like to thank everyone who uses our online shop.
Even though we never meet in person, I can imagine what kind of piece they will create based on the details of their order, and I can feel happy that they chose this item.
I always feel close to each and every customer.
And also to the people at the rug factory and our business partners who always support us.
Thanks to everyone's cooperation, RUGMATAG was able to move forward again this year.

As I stand in the shop every day, I notice that many people come in with hope, saying things like, "I want to take up tufting as a hobby," or "I want to turn it into a job someday."
We hope that you will choose RUGMATAG as your "first step" when you decide to start tufting.
Every visit or online order is a great encouragement and a great joy for us.
That's why RUGMATAG doesn't just deliver products;
"I can start with confidence," "I can ask for advice when I'm unsure," and "It's easy to continue."

To everyone coming from afar
Once again this year, we had a huge turnout of people from all over the world, from Hokkaido to Okinawa and even from overseas .
I would like to express my sincere gratitude once again to the many customers who come from far away.
Especially in workshops, transportation and accommodation costs are also involved.
There are people who come to Ragumatag thinking, "I still want to learn at Ragumatag."
I am truly grateful for that sentiment, and it makes me feel motivated every time.
Because you made time to come,
We want this to be a time where people think, "I'm glad I came" and "I feel like I can do my best again."
I would like to continue to be grateful for each and every encounter and treat them with care.
What RUGMATAG values
As our customers began tufting,
Every day becomes a little more fulfilling, new connections are made,
For some people, it leads to a job...
I hope to be a catalyst for bringing about such change.
To achieve this, it is important to "not let people worry alone."
I can consult with them when I'm in doubt and continue to move forward in a positive way.
We will continue to carefully create such an environment.

Final shipping date of the year: December 29th (for orders placed by 9:00 AM)
Shipments will resume sequentially from January 3rd
■ Store opening hours during the New Year holidays
Closed: December 30th, 31st, January 1st
Reopening: January 2nd (13:00-18:00)
