Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellation Policy

We take utmost care in delivering products, but in the event that a defective or damaged item is received, or if the product differs from the order, we will exchange the item for a good product or provide a refund. Please note that item exchanges may take time, or we may not have a replacement available. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or imperfections.

Original Rug Tufting Workshop

  • Cancellation up to 10 days before: 2,200 yen
  • Cancellation from 9 days to the day before: 8,800 yen
  • Same-day cancellation
    • With notification before workshop start: 13,000 yen
  • No-show cancellation
    • Without notification before workshop start: 26,000 yen

Mini Rug Tufting Workshop

  • Flat fee: 2,200 yen

Home Tufting Master Course

  • Cancellation up to 3 days before: 2,200 yen
  • Cancellation from 2 days to the day before: 8,800 yen
  • Same-day cancellation
    • With notification before course start: 19,800 yen
  • No-show cancellation
    • Without notification before course start: 39,600 yen

Date Changes Not available. Please make a new reservation after cancellation.

Return Policy In principle, please notify us via email within 7 days of product receipt with the following information. We will also accommodate returns for missing or defective items beyond this period. Details about the return method and timing will be provided in our reply email.
