Notice regarding business hours during the New Year holidays

We would like to inform you about the opening hours of our physical stores and online shop over the New Year holidays.
■ Physical store (for inquiries)
Until December 29th: Regular business hours
December 30th - January 3rd: Closed
From January 4th: Normal business operations resume
■ Online Shop
December 27th: Last possible shipping date for the year
*Orders placed by 12:00 noon on the 27th will be shipped on the same day.
From January 6th: Shipping operations resume
*Delivery dates cannot be specified on January 4th and 5th.
*We will begin shipping items in order from January 6th onwards, but please note that it may take some time for delivery depending on the number of orders.
- Order early for the New Year holidays -
We recommend placing your order early as we receive more orders around the New Year period. Please consider making your purchase as early as possible to ensure delivery on the date and time you desire.
[About orders that are not eligible for same-day shipping]
At Ragmatag, all orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day.
Please note that if the following conditions apply, your order will not be eligible for same-day shipping.
・Orders placed after 12 noon
・If you specify a desired delivery date and time
・If there are any errors in the address or phone number at the time of purchase
・If manual action is required by us after your order

・Due to inventory status, congestion in logistics, etc., same-day shipping may not be possible. We do not guarantee same-day shipping.
