Notice regarding business hours during the New Year holidays

We would like to inform you about the opening hours of our physical stores and online shop over the New Year holidays.
■ Physical store (inquiries handled)
Until December 29th: Regular business hours
December 30th - January 3rd: Closed
From January 4th: Normal business operations resume
■ Online Shop
December 27th: Last shipping date of the year
*Orders placed by 12 noon on the 27th will be shipped on the same day.
From January 6th: Shipping operations resume
*Delivery dates cannot be specified on January 4th and 5th.
*Please note that shipments will be processed in order from January 6th onwards, but delivery may take some time depending on the number of orders.
- Order early for the New Year holidays -
We recommend placing your order early as orders increase during the year-end and New Year period. Please consider placing your order as early as possible to ensure delivery on the date and time you desire.
[Orders that are not eligible for same-day shipping]
At Ragma Tag, all orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day.
Please note that same-day shipping is not available if the following conditions apply.
・Orders placed after 12 noon
・If you specify a desired delivery date and time
・If there are any errors in the address or phone number at the time of purchase
・If manual action is required by us after your order

・Due to inventory availability or logistics congestion, same-day shipping may not be possible. We do not guarantee same-day shipping.
- Depending on the region and traffic conditions, your order may not arrive the day after it is shipped.
-Since shipping is automatic, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
