Introducing the "IT'S ME HUB" event at Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Branch
From July 19th to 21st, 2024, RUGMATAG participated in the "IT'S ME HUB" at Hankyu Umeda Department Store and held a workshop! Many people participated, from beginners to experienced people. This time, we will show you the situation.
[ Experience a chair rug making workshop
On the 19th and 21st, we held a workshop to make chair rugs using the "MIYOSHI RUG" design. Participants were a little nervous at first, but gradually relaxed and enjoyed themselves. Many commented that it was "surprisingly easy!" and that they were happy to see their designs take shape, and they completed unique chair rugs.
[Tufting gun test firing is very popular]
Between workshops, there was also a "test firing experience" where participants could freely try out the tufting gun. Even those who were holding the gun for the first time quickly felt its appeal, and many of them said, "I want to try it myself!"

[Special experience at EXCLUSIVE MEET-UP]
On the 20th, we held an "EXCLUSIVE MEET-UP" with fashion editor @ko365d. Participants experienced making mini rugs using acrylic yarn and enjoyed designing their own ideas.

Throughout the three-day workshop, we received many comments such as, "I thought it would be difficult to design on my own, but the support of the staff gave me confidence," and "I want to participate again!" We are already planning the next event, so please look forward to it!
