I purchased the product. When will it be shipped?
Orders placed before 11am on business days will be shipped the same day and arrive the next day (depending on region). Please note that there will be no shipping on store holidays. Delivery will be by Yamato Transport. Please change the delivery date and time from Kuroneko Members.

Is there a parking lot?
There is no dedicated parking lot. If you are coming by car, please use the nearby coin parking.
Could you please issue a receipt?
You can download it on the purchase completion screen. You can also change the address as you wish. Even if you forget to download it on the purchase completion screen, don't worry, there will be a download link in the email notification sent from our store when the product is shipped.
