Changes to shipping schedule and new shipping system from November onwards

Due to a change in our delivery system , we would like to inform you of temporary changes to our shipping schedule and our new shipping system from November onwards .

■ New shipping system starting November 1st

After the delivery system change, the schedule will change to the following:

• No shipping on Thursdays (shipping will occur the following day)
• Order by 9am → Ships same day

Orders that are not eligible for same-day shipping

• Orders after 9:00 AM
• If you specify a desired delivery date and time
• If there are any errors in your order or if manual action is required

*Due to stock availability and logistics congestion, it may be difficult to ship on the same day.
*Depending on the region and traffic conditions, delivery may not be possible the next day after shipping.
*As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please carefully check the order details before proceeding.
