[2025-2026 New Year's Holiday] Notice regarding business hours and delivery

We would like to inform you of our delivery schedule and store opening hours for the 2025–2026 New Year's holiday season .
■ New Year's holiday delivery schedule
- Final shipping date of the year: December 29th (for orders placed by 9:00 AM)
- Shipping suspension: December 30th, 31st, January 1st, and January 2nd
- Shipments will resume sequentially from January 3rd
*Due to traffic conditions during the New Year holidays, there may be delays even with delivery on the specified date.
If you are in a hurry, please place your order well in advance.
Orders that are not eligible for same-day shipping
- Orders after 9:00 AM
- If you specify a desired delivery date and time
- If there are any errors in your order or if manual action is required
*Due to stock availability and logistics congestion, it may be difficult to ship on the same day.
*Depending on the region and traffic conditions, delivery may not be possible the next day after shipping.
*As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please carefully check the order details before proceeding.
■ Store opening hours during the New Year holidays
- Last business day of the year: December 29th (13:00-18:00)
- Closed: December 30th, 31st, January 1st
- Normal business hours resume: January 2nd (13:00-18:00)
