The AK-DUO is a 2-in-1 cut and loop unit, and is recommended for those who want to try out which one will be their main production unit before using the dedicated cut and loop units, the AK-1 and AK-2. (The AK-1 and AK-2 are superior in terms of expressiveness for both cut and loop.)

For initial defects or natural breakdowns within the warranty period, maintenance is free once, but there will be a charge from the second time onwards (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

After 90 days from the date of purchase: Maintenance fee is a flat rate of 4,000 yen (shipping costs are borne by the customer)
