The adhesive RADITEX (lining glue) and tufting backing agent (contains anti-mite ingredients) sold in our store are both used in the same way, by stirring.
①Pour the amount of glue that matches the size of the rug you created into a bowl or bucket.
At our store, we use 400-450g for a 60cm x 60cm rug.
② Stir the adhesive in a bowl or bucket with a mixer.
The volume will expand 2-3 times, so make sure to put it in a larger container with plenty of room.
Stir for about 5 minutes for a small amount, and about 10 minutes for a large amount.
Stir thoroughly until the texture is smooth.
④Apply an appropriate amount to the implanted surface.
At this time, apply it one size larger than the one you applied.
⑤ Cut the lining larger than the work and glue it on.
This time we will use mesh.
After placing the mesh lightly on the implant surface to avoid wrinkles, move the spatula from the center to the outside to smooth out the wrinkles and adhere.
⑥ After smoothing out the wrinkles, add an appropriate amount of adhesive from above.
⑦ Apply adhesive firmly to the edges.
If you dry it with a gap between the edge mesh and the tufting cloth and process it without cutting it, it may fray.
Make sure to apply plenty of paint around the edges to ensure there are no gaps.
⑧ Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the entire surface.
⑨ Make a final check to see if there are any parts of the lining that are floating from the side.
After application, let it dry for about 1 to 2 days before moving on to finishing work.
