A base fabric that is easy to handle even for beginners

The tufting cloth has yellow guidelines every 5cm.

The size is easy to determine when transferring, and the polyester blend gives it a firm texture, making it an easy base fabric for upholstery.

Anti-mite effect

The adhesive used is a backing agent containing anti-mite ingredients that is also used in carpet factories.

With proven anti-mite effect, The finished rug can be used safely even in homes with small children or pets.

When combined with mesh lining, you can finish the garment by simply cutting the edges.
*Mesh material: 100% rayon (Made in Japan)

Easy-to-apply adhesive

When the adhesive is whipped, it expands to 2 to 3 times its volume, making it easy to apply and less likely to smear.
*This is a finishing material that is also used at RUGMATAG's production site.

How to use (3 steps)

1. Weaving yarn into the base fabric
2. Apply backing agent to the back and attach the mesh
3. Let it dry and cut it off.

Recommended amount of adhesive (backing agent) to use

This is the recommended amount per 60cm x 60cm rug.

• With whipping: about 400-450g
• Without whipping: Approx. 700-750g

You can choose the capacity according to your needs.

• 1kg: Backing agent 1kg x 1 bottle
• 2kg: Backing agent 1kg x 2 bottles

• This product is a materials set, not a finished rug.
• Always shake the adhesive well before use. If stored for a long period of time, the components will separate, which may cause the adhesive to lose its strength or become uneven if used in that state.
• Use the adhesive in a well-ventilated area.
• After use, close the container tightly and store.
