Within Japan, orders placed by noon on the same day will be shipped as much as possible on the same day. Orders placed by 12:00 will be shipped the same day and arrive the next day (varies depending on region). Delivery is generally by Yamato Transport. Please change the delivery date and time when ordering or via Kuroneko Members.

*If we are busy with orders, shipping may be delayed, but we will aim to ship within 3 business days.

*Delivery may be made by Sagawa Express.

*Order acceptance and shipping times are based on Japan time.

*For shipping to areas outside of Japan, you can choose a delivery carrier such as FedEx. You cannot specify a pick-up time.
