About Shipping

Within Japan, orders placed by noon on the same day will be shipped as much as possible on the same day. Orders placed by 12:00 will be shipped the same day and arrive the next day (varies depending on region). Delivery is generally by Yamato Transport. Please change the delivery date and time when ordering or via Kuroneko Members.

*If we are busy with orders, shipping may be delayed, but we will aim to ship within 3 business days.

*Delivery may be made by Sagawa Express.

*Order acceptance and shipping times are based on Japan time.

*For shipping to areas outside of Japan, you can choose a delivery carrier such as FedEx. You cannot specify a pick-up time.

梱包の改善が必要だと思います

アルミフレーム自体は軽くて丈夫で良かったのてすが、届いた時の梱包が良くなかったです。

アルミフレームを組み立てるネジなどが袋に纏められたりしておらず、バラバラに入っていたので、ネジが１つ見つからず予備を使いました。その後、ラグを織っている時に振動でどこからか行方不明だったネジが出てきました。最初どこかのネジが緩んで落ちたと思って焦りました。
あと、フレームの梱包も問題だと思います。段ボールとアルミフレームの間に緩衝材などが無かったからか、段ボールの角が破けて届いたので、輸送中にそこからバラバラに入れられたネジが落ちてもおかしくないと思います。輸送中はどうしても中身が動くのでアルミフレームが段ボールを破ることもあると思います。
