Notice of change to reservation system for some business days from February 2025
This is to inform you about the introduction of a reservation system to provide you with a comfortable shopping environment.
Changes from February 2025
Starting in February 2025, we will be operating by reservation only from Monday to Thursday.
This change was made with the desire to provide each customer with attentive service so that they can enjoy their shopping experience.
Reservation method and process
You can make a reservation by selecting the desired date and time from Google Calendar. (No Google account required)
- Available dates: Dates and times when there are available slots (reservations cannot be made for dates and times that are not available)
- Reservation unit: Every 35 minutes
- Reservation deadline: Up to 48 hours before the desired date
①Open the reservation page
If you make a reservation via the website
From the store information at the bottom of the top page, click on [Book a Visit]
If you book through Instagram
②Select your desired visit date and time
③Enter your information and make a reservation
④ Reservation confirmation (A reservation completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.)
⑤ Visit the store at the reserved date and time
Cancellations can be made via the email notification sent to you after your reservation is complete.
If you need to change the date and time, please cancel and make a new reservation.
For better service
If you let us know your requests when you make your reservation, such as "I'd like to ask about this" or "I'd like to know more about how to use this product!", we will be able to prepare thoroughly and provide you with a smoother service.
Weekend as usual!
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, you can come in without making a reservation! (Please note that there may be some months when the store is closed, so please refer to the business day calendar, which is updated monthly.)
