The AK-DUO is based on the AK-1 and has been improved to be easy to use even for beginners. It is a 2-in-1 cut and loop, so it is recommended for those who want to try out which one to use as the main part of their production before using the AK-1 and AK-2 dedicated cut/loop machines. (The AK-1 and AK-2 are superior in terms of expressiveness for both cut and loop.)

* After use, remove any hair or debris using a thin brush or cotton swab. Also, apply oil regularly (about once a month). Neglecting maintenance can cause breakdowns. Be sure to do so.

*Please refrain from disassembling the product yourself (this will void the warranty).

Warranty period: 90 days from date of purchase

For initial defects or natural failures within the warranty period, maintenance is free once, but from the second time onwards, a fee will be charged (customer pays shipping costs).

After 90 days from the date of purchase: Maintenance fee is 4,000 yen (shipping costs paid by customer)

Three 250g cones will be included. This is wool yarn suitable for tufting. The yarn thickness is close to that of a typical medium thickness, so we recommend using two strands. You can also use a ball winder to separate the amount you need.
