We do not recommend changing the hair length from the initial settings.

This is because adjusting the initial setting hair length may cause misalignment in other parts, which may cause problems with the tufting gun.

If you want to create an expression with different lengths, we recommend using methods such as using a trimmer during finishing or using a gun with a different initial setting length.

You can adjust the bristles of AK-2 by about 5mm by yourself.
Please refer to the photo below for how to make the adjustment.
Raising the screw up will lengthen the bristles, lowering it will shorten it.
*When lifting it up, please fix it with a little extra space above.
If you raise it all the way up, you won't be able to drive.
If you would like to adjust the length by more than 5mm, please contact us.

When starting tufting, many people choose the AK-1 16mm as their first tool.
It is possible to express unevenness by driving at 16mm and using a trimmer etc. when finishing.

The advantages of 10mm are that the yarn consumption is reduced because the pile is short, and when used in combination with a 16mm gun, it creates uneven rugs.
Many people already have a 16mm tufting gun and purchase a 10mm tufting gun as their second one.

The image below shows the difference between 16mm and 10mm. Please take a look at it for reference.

If the yarn gets tangled in the gear, be sure to turn off the power and remove the yarn with tweezers while rotating the gear clockwise.
Repeat the steps of untying the thread and turning the gear, but do it little by little without forcing the gear.
Possible causes of yarn getting tangled in gear include yarn hanging to the right side as shown in the photo below, or hanging too long.
When driving, be sure to place the yarn on the left side of the gun.

Due to studio space, only those who have made a reservation will be allowed to enter.

Due to studio space constraints, we currently do not offer courses where multiple people create a single rug.

One rug will be made per person.

We also have a camera stand for smartphones for taking pictures of customers' production scenes.
*Please refrain from recording the explanation part of the practice of original rug/mini rug workshops and long videos of the master course.

It is possible to eat and drink on the terrace.

You are free to take a break. *Please refrain from eating and drinking with strong odors.

There are no additional charges.

The cost of materials and shipping of the finished rug are all included in the price.
Please rest assured that there will be no additional charges even if the time is exceeded.

Because it uses physical strength, we generally recommend people over 16 years old.
If you are a junior high school student, please contact us. We currently do not accept children under elementary school age.

It is possible to express a three-dimensional effect using two types of guns with different hair lengths.
You can express two levels of height as shown in the image below.

When considering a design, please decide in advance where to make it lower and higher and submit the design. The three-dimensional effect of carving with clippers cannot be recreated in a workshop due to the difficulty and time required.

We have three types of workshops: Home Tufting Master Course, Original Rug Workshop, and Mini Rug Workshop.

Among them, we recommend the original rug workshop and master course.

At the Home Tufting Master Course , you can learn the basics of tufting.
This is a highly satisfying course for those who are currently tufting and want to relearn the basics.
If you run a workshop, having some basic knowledge of tufting will be helpful when customers ask you questions about tufting or ask for advice.

At the original rug workshop , you can experience creating a rug of approximately 60cm x 60cm or 50cm x 70cm based on your original design.
This course is also recommended for those who have never tried tufting and would like to try making a large rug.

Our store does not have an affiliated parking lot, but there are several coin parking lots nearby.
It is often crowded, so some customers use nearby commercial facilities (Royal Home Center, Q's Mall, etc.).

Please issue your own receipt.

You can issue it on the purchase completion screen or on RUGMATAG's My Page. You can also change the address yourself.

Our store only issues receipts digitally, so if you need paper receipts, please print them out yourself.

When gluing, please work while it is still attached to the frame.
If you remove it from the frame and glue it on, it may wrinkle or the finished product may not look good.

You can remove the vise and lay the frame at a slight angle while you work, or if you wish to do so without removing the frame from the stand, you can also glue it upright.
When doing this, we recommend laying down newspaper or vinyl to prevent the adhesive from falling onto the floor and making a mess.

If you stir the rug adhesive thoroughly, it will become thicker and less likely to drip, making it easier to work with.
