Pile height

Should I choose 10mm or 16mm? If you're unsure, we recommend 16mm . If you want to make it shorter, you can make final adjustments with a carpet trimmer .

What if you want to create a design with different heights? If you have both a 10mm and a 16mm tufting gun , you can easily create designs with varying heights. *10mm is only available in "Clear" color.

Usage Guidelines

• Do not change the pile height from the default setting.
• Be sure to maintain it regularly
• Do not use in an environment where there are small children or pets as this is dangerous.
• Be careful with long hair as it can get caught in the gears.
• Always turn off the power when threading
• Turn off the power when leaving the tufting gun
