RUGMATAG does not currently ship directly overseas.
By using the international forwarding service "tenso," RUGMATAG ships your order to a tenso warehouse in Japan, and tenso then forwards it to your country.
tenso is a forwarding service that receives items purchased from Japanese online shops at its warehouse in Japan, then forwards them to an address overseas.
When you register with tenso, you'll receive a dedicated shopping address in Japan. When ordering from RUGMATAG, please enter this address as your shipping address.

How to order from outside Japan
Ordering takes just 4 simple steps.
STEP 1
Register with tenso
Sign up for tenso for free to get your dedicated shopping address in Japan. Identity verification with tenso is required to use the forwarding service.
Choose your items from RUGMATAG as usual. For the shipping address, enter your tenso address in Japan in full, including your member ID starting with "TS."
STEP 3
RUGMATAG ships to the tenso warehouse
Your order is shipped from RUGMATAG to tenso's warehouse in Japan. This domestic shipment is handled by RUGMATAG in the same way as a regular order.
STEP 4
tenso ships to you overseas
Once your items arrive at the tenso warehouse, please arrange the overseas shipment yourself. You can check shipping costs and choose a delivery method on tenso.
Check international shipping costs
International shipping costs vary depending on factors such as item weight, package size, destination country or region, and shipping method.
The RUGMATAG cart page displays the total weight of the items currently in your cart. After adding the items you'd like to purchase, check the total weight and use tenso's shipping cost estimator.
The total weight shown does not include packaging materials or the size after packing, so the actual shipping cost may differ.
Voltage, plug shape, and frequency vary by country and region. Before ordering, please check the electrical standards used in your country or region and make sure the item you plan to purchase will work there.
Some items may not be importable due to the laws or import regulations of your destination country or region. Please check the regulations for your destination yourself before ordering.
In addition to the item price, domestic shipping in Japan, and tenso's international shipping fee, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
